DESCRIPTION
Beach Villa 8 is a typical Mauritian villa, by the water’s edge with a magnificent view of the turquoise lagoon in Roches Noires. It can accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms. The interiors are very pleasant and bright.
INDOORS
The villa has 4 ensuite bedrooms, 3 double beds and 1 bunkbed. The kitchen is fully equipped and available to guests. The dining room and the living room are combined in a single spacious space opening onto the large outdoor terrace, a few meters from the seaside. A laundry room is also available.
OUTDOORS
A large wooden deck in front of the property offers benches, sofas, deck chairs, parasols, lined with trees and overlooking the lagoon of Roches Noires. An outdoor dining table and a barbecue are at your disposal.

Room 1
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 200 cm. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, bathtub, walk-in shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, sofa, office area, dressing room.
Room 2
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with shower, walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.
Room 3
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower, walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, fan.
Room 4
Children bedroom, Ground level. This bedroom has 2 bunk beds 90 cm. Bathroom private, with shower, walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.
THE AREA
The lagoon of Roches Noires with its various islets houses a large underwater activity. Not far from the beautiful East Coast golf courses, the village of Roches Noires is only 15 kilometres from Grand Baie, the “North Riviera”, widely known for its luxury boutiques, restaurants, clubs and its marina.
The famous Garden of Pamplemousses is less than half an hour’s drive from your residence and you can even reach the capital, Port Louis, in less than an hour. Enjoy the gentle climatic conditions of the North of the island, where the cool breezes of the summer, the picturesque environment and the sweetness of the locals recall the idyllic description of Mark Twain about Mauritius: “God created Mauritius and used it as a model for paradise!”.

- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by MaraVillas
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Language spoken by staff : English – French
- Check-in : 16:00 h – Check out : 11:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 500.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)
- Guarantee deposit charged by MaraVillas upon reservation : 60 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 40 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaraVillas
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaraVillas
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaraVillas
