Located in Roches Noires, North East of Mauritius, Villa Teresa is situated in a sandy cove offering charm and comfort and simplicity. This Beach villa 4 is tastefully decorate and perfectly combines indoor and outdoor living.
Along the coastal road, the region of Roches Noires is a succession of small coves with white sand and sheltered villas. In this area the sea calls for long swims and diving in the complete safety of an absolutely magical blue lagoon!
INDOORS
The 160m² villa is spacious and well appointed.
Tastefully decorated, its interior living spaces open harmoniously onto the exterior, facing the piercing blue water that calls for long swims and kayak rides. At the heart of the house, the fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining room and the living room.
OUTDOORS
The view from the deck of the house extends to one of the most beautiful lagoons of Mauritius where various water sports are practiced. The rooms offer a breathtaking view of the sea. The light at sunset is simply magical.
The house has a small swimming pool of 2.2m x 4.2m and 1m deep.
An exotic wooden deck under a veranda facing the beach and the sea with an outdoor living and dining area offers a magnificent view.
An outdoor shower allows you to cool off after swimming in the sea.

- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by MaraVillas
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house

- Amount of security deposit : 500.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)
- Guarantee deposit charged by MaraVillas upon reservation : 60 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 40 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaraVillas
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaraVillas.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaraVillas.
THE AREA
The lagoon of Roches Noires with its various islets houses a large underwater activity. Not far from the beautiful East Coast golf courses, the village of Roches Noires is only 15 kilometres from Grand Baie, the “North Riviera”, widely known for its luxury boutiques, restaurants, clubs and its marina.
The famous Garden of Pamplemousses is less than half an hour’s drive from your residence and you can even reach the capital, Port Louis, in less than an hour. Enjoy the gentle climatic conditions of the North of the island, where the cool breezes of the summer, the picturesque environment and the sweetness of the locals recall the idyllic description of Mark Twain about Mauritius: “God created Mauritius and used it as a model for paradise!”.
