Beach Villa 2 is ideal for a romantic getaway. Located directly on a large white sand beach, it offers everything you could dream of!
The house is located in the northeast of the island, on one of the most beautiful and unspoiled lagoons, it is a paradise for honeymooners.
On the same estate, you will find the Villa des Lauriers with whom you share the land and the entrance, but each house is well defined and private.

Indoors

On the ground floor are the dining room, the living room and the kitchen.
The bedroom and the bathroom are upstairs with a terrace overlooking the beautiful lagoon.
From the bed you can admire the magnificent lagoon and listen to the relaxing melody of the waves.
The room is perfectly ventilated since it is located directly on the beach and the wind comes from the southeast most of the time.

Outdoors

You have direct access to the beach and the possibility of enjoying its terrace, 2 deckchairs, a barbecue and an outdoor dining room.

Staff & Services
She works 3 taimes a week at 4 hours a day, generally in the morning.

Location
Direct access to the pretty beach of Roches Noires. Very beautiful sandy beach and a good swimming spot.
Golf: The nearest 18-hole golf courses are at the Belle Mare Plage hotel, just 15 km from the house.
Grand Baie is around 36 minutes by car and it takes around 1 hour 10 minutes to reach the airport.

Notes
Possibility to rent in combination the Villa Le Cabanon + The Villa des Lauriers which is on the same land.
3 kayaks to be shared between Le Cabanon & Des Lauriers.

Rental conditions
– Any external invitation to the contractual guests must be validated in advance by the owner or manager
– Children welcome
– Fireworks are prohibited in the villa, its garden and the beach close by.
– Smoking is not allowed inside the house
– Language spoken by staff : English – French
– Check-in : 14:00 h – Check out : 11:00 h
– Amount of security deposit : 400.00 EUR
– Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions
– Guarantee deposit charged by MaraVillas upon reservation : 50 %
– 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 50 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaraVillas.
– The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
