OVERVIEW
Tucked away in Black River with superior style and comfort, Beach Apartment 29 is located on the most sought-for residential coast of the island. Poised on a prime site, this apartment is a brand new luxury beach apartment forming part of a select complex which places comfort and relaxation at the heart of everyday life.
There are 10 apartments in total spread over 3 blocks. The apartment “Sunset” is situated on the 1st floor of Block A. It forms part of Esplanade Beachfront Apartments.
INDOORS
Set right on the beach on one of the rare last plots of seafront, the Apartment covers an area of 155 m2 designed with a modern fully-equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious living area offering a spectacularly wide-angled coastal scenery with the added bonus of a no less scenic rear view onto the landmark Tourelle hill.

OUTDOORS
The pool is common to all apartments. Each apartment has a hut and two sunbeds on the beach.
The barbeque is not in the Apartment but near the pool and beach. There are 2 huge Gas Webers available for the guests. This is a lovely area found under big trees with wooden tables for barbeque usage.

RENTAL CONDITIONS
- Any external invitation to the contractual guests must be validated in advance by the owner or manager
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
- Children welcome
- Fireworks are prohibited in the villa, its garden and the beach close by.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by MaraVillas
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English – French
- Check-in : 14:00 h – Check out : 10:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 500.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)
- Guarantee deposit charged by Maravillas upon reservation : 60 %
- 2nd payment 60 Days to arrival day : 40 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaraVillas.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaraVillas
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaraVillas
