OVERVIEW
Villa 22 is a medium size bungalow (130 square metres) ideal for one or two couples or for a family with two children. The living room and bedrooms open onto the terrace, swimming pool and garden facing the sea.
INDOORS
The living room (40sqm) features armchairs, sofas, chairs and a lunch table for six persons, plus 27” flat screen LCD TV, DVD, and satellite English and French channels are available plus landline telephone and WiFi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, electric oven, gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and all necessary utensils plus a barbecue for six.
The laundry is equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer plus all necessary equipment. All linen and towels are supplied and maintained. One hair dryer is available in each bathroom.
OUTDOORS
Outdoor wooden furniture and sunshades are available on the terrace. Two large sunshades are available on the beach together with six deck chairs.
You can enjoy the private pool of the villa (salt)

THE AREA
Trou aux Biches is a popular coastal town and one of the most beautiful beaches in northern Mauritius. Known for its long stretch of white sand, turquoise water, and shady casuarina trees, it’s a top destination for relaxing, swimming, and snorkeling. The area has developed from a fishing village into a tourist hub with resorts, shops, and restaurants, and is easily accessible from Port Louis.

- 2nd payment 65 Days to arrival day : 40 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaraVillas
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaraVillas
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaraVillas
