Just across from your private terrace, with an outdoor dining table and comfortable sofas, you will find a beautiful tropical garden, next to the infinity pool (shared) overlooking the turquoise lagoon.
The private beach is just a few meters away.

THE AREA
Trou aux Biches is a popular coastal town and a long, beautiful beach in northern Mauritius, known for its white sand, clear turquoise water, and casuarina trees. It is a major tourist destination offering activities like swimming, snorkeling, diving, and relaxing, with many resorts and local amenities nearby.
The area is popular for both tourists and locals, especially for watching the sunset, and it has a history as a fishing village.

Beauty and scenery: The beach is frequently considered one of the best on the island, with 2 kilometers of white sand and clear water protected by a coral reef, providing a beautiful setting for relaxing and sunbathing.

- The residence has several flats. It is not possible to guarantee the exact position of the apartment when booking. You will know the day of arrival if it is on the ground floor or on the first floor.

Price: € 28 per person per day and € 14 for children under 11 years old. - The price of one room is intended for couples only or for couples with a child under 3.
- Complimentary housekeeping services are offered every two days*. This excludes Sundays and Public Holidays and the housekeeping service will then be offered on a preceding day.

RENTAL CONDITIONS
- Any external invitation to the contractual guests must be validated in advance by the owner or manager
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by MaraVillas
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

- Check-in : 14:00 h – Check out : 11:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 600.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)
- Guarantee deposit charged by MaraVillas upon reservation : 60 %
- 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 40 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaraVillas.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaraVillas
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaraVillas
