INDOORS
Villa 21 offers a soothing atmosphere thanks to its refined and elegant decoration. You will enjoy spacious living areas and high quality equipment.
Ground floor
You will find on the ground floor the fully equipped American kitchen, its dining area, as well as the large living room with television. Large windows give access to the garden and the terrace, and allow rooms of luminous beings.
A bedroom and bathroom are also located on this level.
First floor
The first floor is entirely dedicated to the other 3 bedrooms of the villa and their bathrooms.
OUTDOORS
Luxurious and superbly maintained, the garden is ideal to enjoy a moment of relaxation in the gazebo, close to the pool.
A courtyard terrace, accessible from the living room, houses a small summer kitchen and a dining area, ideal for lunch or dinner outdoors on hot days.
The bedrooms terraces enjoy a view of the garden and the pool, but also of the resort.

Room 3
Room, 1st floor, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, private terrace.
Room 4
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, private balcony.
THE AREA
Ideally located in the fenced Resort of Montchoisy, the guests of Villa 21 will enjoy the benefits of the area: discounts at the restaurant, at the Proshop store, and for golf lessons.
And Green Fees at 4000 Rs for the 18-hole course, including a golf cart.

- The welcome pack includes tea bags, coffee, milk powder, sugar and water on arrival.
- Towels are changed every 4 to 5 days, and as the villa is self-catering, guests can use the washing machine/dryer

RENTAL CONDITIONS
- Any external invitation to the contractual guests must be validated in advance by the owner or manager
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by MaraVillas
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English – French
- Check-in : 14:00 h – Check out : 11:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 1 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)
- Guarantee deposit charged by MaraVillas upon reservation : 60 %
- 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 40 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaraVillas.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaraVillas
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaraVillas
