OVERVIEW
Villa 20 is a beautiful house, situated in Pointes aux Canonniers, in the chic and quiet area of Grand Baie, on the north coast of Mauritius. The villa is located in a waterfront residence made up of 4 villas with a private beach overlooking the northern archipelago and a gym. Here, everything is done to make your stay unforgettable.
INDOORS
The house has an original interior design, far from the Mauritian standards. You will find Henri Pedersen Imola chairs, Toulemonde Bochat carpets, JLB Litezone and Blacheree Illumination lighting and Elitis wallpapers. The villa also houses a private collection of photographic works by Jean-Daniel Lorieux and Slim Aarons (American photographer of stars in the 1970s) and works by artist Pierre Letellier and others.
OUTDOORS
You can enjoy the terrace, 4 sun loungers with parasol, a gazebo with 2 day beds and the 30m2 heatable pool (10 x 3 m – Depth: 1.4m).

THE AREA
Grand-Baie is a village in northern Mauritius. Its sandy beaches include secluded La Cuvette, and sailboat-dotted Grand-Baie Public Beach, in a sheltered cove. The popular Pereybere Public Beach is to the northeast. The village has restaurants and lively bars. Vendors at the Grand Baie Bazaar sell handicrafts. Offshore, Gunner’s Quoin and Flat Island are surrounded by waters with hammerhead sharks and game fish.

RENTAL CONDITIONS
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

Smoking is not allowed inside the house
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

Amount of security deposit : 2 000.00 EUR
Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)
Guarantee deposit charged by MaraVillas upon reservation : 60 %
2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 40 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaraVillas.
The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaraVillas
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaraVillas
