OVERVIEW
Villa 24 is a 3‑suite villa for 6 guests, set on the beachfront in Cap Malheureux, within a secure, gated residence with direct access to a sandy beach. It offers a private pool, a furnished wooden deck and a tropical garden, 5,5 km from Grand Baie.
INDOORS
The heart of the home is an open‑plan space connecting the TV lounge, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker; a bar counter provides a relaxed gathering place. Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and a safe are provided. The sleeping quarters comprise three king‑size bedrooms, each with its own bathroom; the primary suite benefits from independent access, a walk‑in closet and a bathtub.
OUTDOORS
The wooden deck is furnished for dining and relaxing, with sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor kitchen and a gas barbecue. The private pool borders the tropical garden. A garden gate leads directly to the sandy beach. Two parking spaces are available on the property.

The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 40 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaraVillas.
The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.
Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaraVillas
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaraVillas
