OVERVIEW
One bedroom villa 26, ideal for 4 people, waterfront, very well located in the north of the island, on the Calodyne peninsula, near Grand Baie.
Breathtaking view of the northern islands.
Car essential because the villa is about 1km from the main road and access via a winding dirt road.
Villa 26 is located in a residential and family area, guests are requested to respect the following points:
- In order to respect the neighbourhood, the loud music is not permitted
- A maximum of 6 guests at a time is allowed – on request.
- The use of fireworks or other firecrackers and rockets is strictly prohibited on the beach or in the garden.
- Nudism or wearing a thong is not accepted.
- The use of air conditioners must be reasonable and responsible
- We recommend that customers use the safe provided for their personal belongings.
- Customers should avoid leaving valuables in plain sight.
- The house is also equipped with a secure door (expanda) and an alarm.
INDOORS
Offering a lot of privacy with its 2 double bedrooms and their bathrooms, the villa is lovely for a couple with two children or for two couples of friends.
You have at your disposal a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, sink, microwave / grill, kettle, toaster, fridge, dishes. The living room opens directly on the terrace.
OUTDOORS
The villa offers a terrace with jacuzzi, living room, dining room. There is as well a fenced, private and independent garden directly overlooking and accessing the beach, barbecue, outdoor table, parasols.
The beach is just in front of the house: Bath not extraordinary but it is a small peace of paradise, quiet, beautiful views. There’s a public beach with nice bath 2 minutes walk.
Housekeeper 3 days a week, 1 hour per day (every day, except Sunday and holidays).
A washing machine is available in the villa.
15 min by car from the center of Grand Baie (banks, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants).
5 mins by car from the center of Calodyne (convenience stores).
2 mins walk from Calodyne public beach.
Close Activities : kayaks (Yemaha Adventure), trip in local boat with Tom (departure from the front beach), visiting mangroves, brai on Amber Island, diving with professional (departure from Lux Hotel), trip in seaplane (departure from the beach).
Matibi is only 20 minutes from Grand Bay centre

The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaraVillas
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to MaraVillas
